We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your KUE compression wearables, you may return them under the following conditions:
Return Policy

Eligible Returns (Prepaid orders Only):
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original packaging.

COD Orders:
- Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable: Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming a COD purchase.
- In case of a size exchange: The to-and-fro shipment costs will be charged to the buyer.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt for assistance.
